Please note all groups meet at Independence House in Hyannis unless specified elsewhere. An intake must be completed prior to joining any support groups. Please call to schedule an intake and for group day/time. Any additional group information will be provided.

Childcare is not available for all groups. Most groups satisfy DSS Service Plan requirements. Programs are open to all and free of charge. Confidentiality is strongly respected.

Please note: Groups are open or closed. An open group is one you can join in at any scheduled session. A closed group does not allow any more participants after the third session takes place.
